Our trolleys are available in common formats such as 600 × 400 mm, 800 × 600 mm, and 1200 × 800 mm (Euro pallet). In addition, we offer custom sizes precisely matched to your KLT containers, workpiece carriers, or pallets.
Depending on the design, our workpiece carriers are engineered for load capacities ranging from 100 kg to well over 1,000 kg. The permissible load is defined by the component mass, cycle rates within the production line, and the required service life. We provide expert support in selecting the optimal carrier configuration.
Yes. Our systems are designed to integrate seamlessly into existing production environments—whether mechanically, electrically, or on the software side. We also provide support with planning and implementation upon request.
